Court Monitor

A Court Monitor at Altitude will be interacting directly with customers while being courteous, friendly, and professional and while enforcing the rules that keep customers safe at the park.  Must have great attention to detail and be required to learn and implement the park’s safety guidelines while still maintaining a fun environment. Having a safe and clean environment is our #1 priority.

Compensation:
Start at $9 per hour

Some skills and responsibilities of a court monitor include:

• Required to monitor and ensure the safety of customers in and around the jumping surfaces, foam pits, as well as all other park event areas
• Communicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a personable and professional manner
• Expected to provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers to enhance their experience
• Must demonstrate positive body language and confidence while out on the court
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Communicate any newly identified potential equipment issues or customer safety issues to the Team Leader or to the Management Team
• Required to maintain Altitude’s standard of cleanliness and presentation on the courts
• Resolving customers' questions and concerns
• Taking control in challenging situations and emergency management

Working on Weekends is mandatory
Safety training will be provided

Party Host

Party Host is an exciting position where you will be the “Face of the Place”. You will have direct contact with the parents and children at the parties. Your job is to ensure the expected party experience is met along with the following duties.

Compensation:
$8 per hour plus Tips

Party Hosts are expected to: 

• Represent Altitude Trampoline Park by maintaining a professional attitude and appearance in keeping with the Altitude’s standards
• Review schedules prior to the events and ensure that each party is greeted by name
• Have the party area set up prior to the Guest arrival and cleaned up after they leave
• Meet the Birthday Family at the door, with a positive attitude and ready to assist
• Greet party guest as they arrive and ensure that they have been checked in with a cashier
• Validate that ALL waivers are executed properly, all guests have socks, and issue appropriate wrist bands
• Great communication with the Party parents throughout the party is expected. Parents should know your name and that you are the party host
• The Party Host will remain enthusiastic and energetic at all times
• Escort the party parents through to the checkout process
• Develop good multitasking skills while providing exceptional customer service to multiple parties at the same time
• Communicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a personable and professional manner
• Perform other duties as assigned. (ex. Cleaning other areas of the park or helping other party hosts when slow)

Front Desk/Cashier

As a member of Altitude’s Front-Desk Team you will be responsible for creating a friendly, professional and welcoming experience for our customers by acknowledging and greeting everyone who visits the Park.

Compensation:
Start at $9 per hour

Some responsibilities and qualifications include:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required
• Experience operating a POS and cash handling is a plus
• Responsible for properly opening and closing the front desk each day according to Standard Operating Procedures
• Ensuring accurate and complete registration and proper completion of Waivers
• Friendly personality
• Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously
• Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests
• Answer phone calls and accurately answer guest’s questions including Birthday Party booking inquiries
• Develop ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality team work environment
• Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked and well-organized front desk area
• Willingness to assist in all areas of operation as requested by management.
